Flash is a male dog, fully vaccinated and has been neutered.
He was born in 2016 and is about 25 kilos.
His previous owner unfortinately died. The remaining family members chained him and tied him to a tree in their garden. When we were informed that they didnt want him and that he was no longer treated like a family member we removed him into ZEIL’s family in 2021.
Since then he has been living at the shelter, he is house trained and does not eliminate for a reasonable amount of time. He becomes stressed when he is in a closed area and does not know how to behave, however he walks perfectly on a leash, next to us.
However there are some things that trigger him and he may pull. He needs an experienced handler, someone who knows how to set limits yet has the patience for him to gain trust. He has already shown his puppy and loving side to us after much patience with him. Our trainer and our volunteers are doing their best to help him get over his issues but his stay at the shelter is not helping him improve. His forever family is preferable not to have small children nor other animals. He was not socialized correctly from his previous owner and now it is difficult for him to accept the presence of other animals.

Our animals can be adopted within Attica with an adoption contract and microchip, the cost of which is borne by the new parent.
